| Admissions Documents The admissions forms package can be downloaded as a .zip archive by clicking on the icon to the right. Notes: Forms can be filled out using Microsoft Word or as Adobe Reader forms. A password is required to view and fill out the admissions forms. Documents to be included with the application:
- Recent labeled family picture (not older than 3 years)
- Letter from your company or your mission certifying your income
- Last three bank statements or tax form or declaración de renta
- Letter of recommendation on letterhead from current pastor or ministry leader certifying that family is faithful and active in local church, specifying weekly or monthly church or ministry involvement
- Doctrinal statement of your church/mission
- Paz y Salvo from previous school in Colombia
- Past academic records (see student application)
- Letter of recommendation from the youth pastor or Sunday School teacher
