Matriculation Process 2017-2018

Steps to follow:

1. Church Ministry Confirmation

We sent Church Ministry Confirmation forms electronically to your pastor and we have received the responses specifying your ministry and time involvement. You do not need to do anything about these forms; we will follow up when necessary.

2. Scholarship Application and Payment Category Application

All families should submit a Payment Category Application.

All families applying for a B, C, or D scholarship (except B1, C1 and D1) must submit proof of income annually.

Proof of income should include ALL income for BOTH spouses – salaries, rents, commissions, honorariums, etc. Proof of income should include a recent letter, not older than 1 month, from both spouses’ employers when applicable.

If an explanation is necessary, include a letter of clarification.

If you have questions, contact finance@eca.edu.co to make sure you have the appropriate documentation.

Foreign missionaries need to turn in a letter from their mission.

The deadline to turn in all these documents is Friday, March 10.
 

3. Online Registration will be open from Tuesday, April 10 to Tuesday, April 24.

Remember, any returning family who turns in a late scholarship application or incomplete documents, or any family who finishes the online registration after the deadline, will need to pay a fine up to $150.000 ($50.000 each step) for extra costs generated by the delay.

On-Campus Registration for 2017-18

Registration starts on Thursday, June 8 for families with new students, followed by registration for returning families on Friday, June 9 and 16.

In May each returning family will receive an email from the Registrar with a list of your missing registration documents for 2017-18. A link will be included to reserve the date and time you want to come to Registration, so everyone's time is used well. A final schedule will be sent to all families around Friday, June 2. You must have an appointment to do On-Campus Registration.

On-Campus Registration includes:

  • Submitting/confirming documents
  • Signing up and paying for optional services like insurance, transportation, and food service
  • Signing matriculation contracts
  • Paying Parent/Teacher Fellowship for Opening Day picnic lunches.

On-Campus Registration Dates

Thu, June 8 New students 7:00 – 12:00 noon
Fri, June 9 or 16 Returning Families 7:00 – 12:00 noon with discount
Tue, August 1 Returning Families 7:00 – 12:00 noon without discount
Wed, August 2 Returning Families 7:00 – 12:00 noon with a late fee of $100.000

All On-Campus Registration must be done in person, as parents need to sign contracts.
