5th & 6th : La Cima

• What do we do?: Every day, there are around 20 kids who find refuge, peace and love at La Cima. This group of kids meets at the Confra church in Lijaca. As well as learning about Jesus, they get help and reinforcement with their homework, and continue learning how to read, write and do math. At ECA, we collect school supplies to help the kids in the ministry continue their studies. We are also pen-pals and prayer partners with the kids. When we visit them, we bring lunch, play games and teach them songs and stories from the Bible. When we go, parents are invited along!
• What ages of kids?: There are kids from 6 to 13 years old
• What does the ministry need?: The kids need good role-models and friends that are examples of what it is to follow Jesus
