The admissions process
To apply for these initial grades, no English screening is necessary. The steps are as follows:

Pay non-refundable admissions fee of $230.000 (online payment using the link the admissions office will send)
Complete our online application form uploading required documents (we provide the link once payment is received)

- Birth certificate (passport and cédula if from abroad)
- Student photograph
- Family photograph
- ECA forms
- Church confirmation form
- Admissions reference form (from previous school or preschool)
- Financial form with supporting documents
- Previous school reference form
- Parents’ I.D. (cédula; passport and visa if from abroad)
Schedule school visit for student and parent interview
Admissions for the 2027-28 school year will open beginning January 15, 2027. Students applying to enter PK must be 4 years old before August 7, 2027.
To apply for these grades, an English screening is required. The steps are as follows:

Register for the English screening paying a fee of $57.000 (online payment using the link the admissions office will send). Not applicable for native English speakers.
Following a favorable result on the English screening, pay non-refundable admissions fee of $230.000 (online payment using the link the admissions office will send).

Students coming from homeschool should request guidance from the admissions office in certifying studies completed after 5th grade.
Admissions for the 2027-28 school year will open beginning January 15, 2027. As a general rule, students must be at ECA for a minimum of two years before graduation; therefore, applicants to 12th grade will be considered only in exceptional cases.
