Admissions Procedure

To apply for these initial grades, no English screening is necessary. The steps are as follows:

1. Pay non-refundable admissions fee of $200.000 (online payment using the link the admissions office will send)
2. Complete our online application form uploading required documents* (we provide the link once payment is received)
3. Schedule school visit for student and parents
4. Schedule parent interview (on campus)

Admissions for the 2024-2025 school year will open beginning January 15, 2024. Students applying to enter PK must be 4 years old before August 1, 2024.

• Family photograph
• ECA financial form
• Financial supporting documents
• ECA church confirmation form
• ECA previous school reference form
• Academic records (as applicable)
• Parents’ I.D. (cédula; passport and visa if from abroad)

To apply for these grades, an English screening is required. The steps are as follows:

1. Register for English screening (when student is not a native speaker), paying screening fee of $64.000. Dates, January 23, February 20, April 2. Time: 3:00-5:00 p.m.
2. Student presents English screening test
3. Following a favorable result on the English screening, pay non-refundable admissions fee of $200.000 (online payment using the link the admissions office will send).
4. Fill out our online application form uploading required documents* (we provide the link once payment is received)
5. Schedule student interview and academic exam
6. Schedule parent interview
7. Students coming from homeschool should request guidance from the admissions office in certifying studies completed after 5th grade.

Admissions for the 2024-2025 school year will open beginning January 15, 2024. As a general rule, students must be at ECA for a minimum of two years before graduation; therefore, applicants to 12 th grade will be considered only in exceptional cases.
