To apply for these initial grades, no English screening is necessary. The steps are as follows:
- Pay non-refundable admissions fee of $200.000 (online payment using the link the admissions office will send)
- Complete our online application form uploading required documents* (we provide the link once payment is received)
- Schedule school visit for student and parents
- Schedule parent interview (on campus)
Admissions for the 2024-2025 school year will open beginning January 15, 2024. Students applying to enter PK must be 4 years old before August 1, 2024.

- Student I.D. if over age 7 (tarjeta de identidad)
- Student photograph
- Family photograph
- ECA financial form
- Financial supporting documents
- ECA church confirmation form
- ECA previous school reference form

- Parents’ I.D. (cédula; passport and visa if from abroad)
To apply for these grades, an English screening is required. The steps are as follows:
- Register for English screening (when student is not a native speaker), paying screening fee of $64.000. Dates, January 23, February 20, April 2. Time: 3:00-5:00 p.m.
- Student presents English screening test
- Following a favorable result on the English screening, pay non-refundable admissions fee of $200.000 (online payment using the link the admissions office will send).
- Fill out our online application form uploading required documents* (we provide the link once payment is received)
- Schedule student interview and academic exam
- Schedule parent interview
- Students coming from homeschool should request guidance from the admissions office in certifying studies completed after 5th grade.
Admissions for the 2024-2025 school year will open beginning January 15, 2024. As a general rule, students must be at ECA for a minimum of two years before graduation; therefore, applicants to 12 th grade will be considered only in exceptional cases.
