At ECA you pay an annual enrollment fee, and tuition in ten monthly installments. Enrollment and tuition are determined based on family income as well as classification in one of these three categories: business, ministry, or employer-funded.
The enrollment fee covers the use of textbooks provided by the school, but supplies and uniforms must be purchased separately. Each family may contract with our suppliers for transportation and meal services, or provide these on their own.
If your employer will be covering educational costs for your children, you are an Employer-Funded Family and your costs for the 2026-27 school year would fall in Category A. Category A also applies to families with parents involved 2-5 hours/week in their church. All families paying tuition within the first 10 days of each month get a 10% discount. See the table below, where all costs are in COP.
If you are a family with secular employment and less than 40 hours a week of parental involvement in church-related activities or other ministries, you are a Business Family and your costs for the 2026-27 school year would fall in Category B. All families paying tuition within the first 10 days of each month get a 10% discount. See the table below, where all costs are in COP.
Income more than 16.5 SMLV | Income between 11.5-16.4 SMLV | Income between 6.5-11.4 SMLV | Income less than 6.4 SMLV |
