Are you ready for the 2nd Parent Assembly and Workshops of school year 2025-26? We look forward to seeing you at ECA on Sat, Jan 31. Here are the schedule and some instructions for that day.
Parking
If you drive to school, we recommend parking in the Activar parking lot on the corner of Calle 222 and the Autopista, 
on the map below. ECA will provide shuttle service between Activar and the school from 8:15 am to 1:00 pm.
#1: ECA parking: Only for ECA staff, providers, and those with mobility issues or baby strollers – limited space.
#2: Activar: 190 spaces, cost is $5.000. Parking in Activer closes at 1:00p.
ECA will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property of vehicles parked on the streets. We normally have heavy traffic around the school entrances that could affect the vehicles parked there.
Bake Sale & Childcare
The senior class will be hosting a bake sale and providing childcare during the Assembly and workshops. Join us for a day filled with learning and delicious treats!
- The bake sale will include a variety of food, drinks, and treats. All proceeds will support senior class activities and events.
- Childcare includes a small snack as well as safe and engaging activities for children while their parents attend the Assembly and workshops. Seniors will be supervising.
- Cost: $10.000 for 1 child
$15.000 for 2 children in the same family
$20.000 for 3 children in the same family
- Schedule: 8:15 – 12:00 noon
- Ages: 4-10 years old

Uniform Table
DisNogal, ECA’s uniform supplier, will be on campus during the Parent Assembly to take orders and answer questions. Their normal two sales points are Centro Comercial Cedritos and Centro Comercial Sabana Norte in Chía. You can contact them at 318-307-6826 or at this website.
