Each mission team has several supporting classes that are praying for them, listed below. If you have children in one of these classes, we encourage your family to be actively praying and finding other ways to support your team.

Mission Trips 2024
Amazonas East West
Amazonas East West
14 students and 4 adult leaders will be partnering with East West and their missionaries using evangelism, discipleship, and children’s ministry.
Amazonas YWAM
Amazonas YWAM
13 students and 3 adult leaders will be partnering with the YWAM kids ministry using drama, music, and art.
Anolaima
Anolaima
10 students and 3 adult leaders will be serving a school in Anolaima, Cundinamarca, with sports, Bible, and English outreach.
Bogotá

19 students and 4 adult leaders will be serving in 3 neighborhoods in Bogotá:
San Cristobal Sur – La Victoria
Ciudad Bolívar – El Bosque
La Mariposa – Santa Cecilia.
Cartagena
Cartagena
11 students and 5 adult leaders will be partnering with the kids ministries of both YWAM and the ICCC church using drama, games, Bible stories, and crafts.
La Guajira

14 students and 3 adult leaders will be partnering with 1) Iglesia Indigena Wayuu de Colombia, 2) Fundación Comunidad Viva, and 3) Fundación Wajaro, to train Wayuu teenagers to do activities with younger Wayuu kids at Renacer church at Icheyen Ranchería. They will stay with the Wayuu teenagers for 24 hours.
Mission trips at ECA are offered to provide our students with an experience that will take them outside of their comfort zone and expose them to poverty, other cultures, and different life circumstances. It also gives them space to learn lessons they wouldn’t otherwise learn, to challenge themselves to live life more radically for Jesus, to think more about missions, and to see how they can help the gospel move forward by meeting missionaries who are living for Jesus.
