Here at ECA, it is our passion to spread the love of Jesus all over the city of Bogota, surrounding cities, through the beautiful country of Colombia, and to the world.
Each class, from Pre-K to 12th grade, has a ministry that they pray for and support by providing opportunities to learn and be loved. We chose these specific ministries from a variety of ministries run by parents or churches associated with the school.
We partner with each ministry every month in a variety of ways:
- Praying for the various needs they have
- Going to the ministries, playing games, teaching English, teaching Bible stories, and singing worship songs
- Sending gifts or supplies that they need
- Writing pen-pal letters back and forth
It’s amazing what 400 Jesus-loving students can do!!!

Where do we go?
Hogar San Rafael (Home Care for Elderly) in Chía
There are over 110 elderly grandparents living at the San Rafael Home for the Elderly. We visit, sing songs, and color pages with the elderly. Every time we go, the grandparents are filled with excitement and joy. This is a great way for the little ones to serve Jesus with a hug or a smile.

ACOINPREV (christian school for children at risk) in Suba
Our students have the opportunity to share with the 100+ children served in this Christian school through games, Bible stories, crafts and English fun. ACOINPREV offers a quality education and holistic care to many families from low-income neighborhoods in Bogota. ECA students have been blessed to build friendships with children from this ministry as they join together for activities and fun each semester.

Hogar de Paz ( Daycare center) in Verbenal
Our students have the opportunity to share with the many young children of this amazing ministry through games, Bible stories and craft. Serving a low income neighborhood in Verbenal, Hogar de Paz offers a safe place for children to learn and grow through supplementary school support and daycare.

High school students are serving in different locations, mostly outside Bogotá.
Our purposes for these trips include instilling in ECA students a desire to serve others as they see the needs that exist in many areas of our country, as well as to realize how much they have been blessed and gifted to be able to serve.
