Amazon 2016 – March 22

Dear ECA Community, Tuesday morning the team helped move the boat from Jhon’s house to the river (about 200 meters) for their return trip to Leticia. After a smooth trip, they arrived around noon. They had lunch at the YWAM headquarters and went to the Anaconda Hotel for some rest and to enjoy the pool. In the afternoon they visited craft shops to buy some artesanias from the region. That night after dinner they had a time of evaluation to reflect on the things they had learned and on the most striking moments in which they had experienced the Lord’s presence. This morning in Leticia they went through the immigration process since they’d returned to Colombia, and got ready to take the flight to Bogotá, which leaves at 12:15p and arrives at 2:20p./p> Querida comunidad ECA: Ayer en la mañana el equipo ayudó a mover el bote desde la casa de Jhon hasta el río (200 metros aproximadamente) para viajar de regreso a Leticia. Después de un viaje sin contratiempos llegaron a Leticia hacia el mediodía. Almorzaron en la sede de Jucum y fueron al hotel Anaconda para tener un tiempo de descanso y disfrutar de la piscina. En la tarde visitaron tiendas de artesanías para comprar objetos típicos de la región. En la noche después de la cena tuvieron un tiempo de evaluación que les permitió reflexionar sobre las cosas que aprendieron y los momentos más impactantes en los cuales experimentaron la presencia del Señor. Hoy en la mañana hicieron el proceso de ingreso al país en la oficina de inmigración y se alistaron para tomar el vuelo rumbo a Bogotá que sale a las 12:15pm y llega a las 2:20pm
