Today was one of those days in which we were able to see our ECA students in action on the streets. After our devotionals, we went to Parque Santander, where we gave away 310 ice cream cones and various invitations to our Sunday meeting. We shared the gospel with the people who were waiting in line for the ice cream cones and around the plaza. We were greatly blessed to serve and have meaningful conversations.

We ate lunch, and in the afternoon, went to another hotel where a lot of refugees are also staying. There, we shared the gospel and had different activities for the kids and their parents. The majority of the families are military defectors of the Venezuelan government, and are supported by the UN and various organizations to stay in those hotels. They receive food and have a place to sleep; however, since they are not allowed to work, they live a monotonous life and are in great need.  Towards the end, we divided into small groups and prayed for their lives. After leaving, we had a time of reflection during team time and went once again to play soccer with the community within our hotel.
