Today was our Sunday service in the conference room at the hotel. We woke up earlier than usual to be able to have everything ready. We had kids ministry with activities during the adult service. We had worship time, a skit, Profe Claudia’s testimony, the Lord’s supper, and a message. Lots of Venezuelans went with very willing hearts to hear about Christ. Towards the end we had small group time in which we were able to pray for their needs. God worked in people’s lives as they repented and received words of encouragement and hope.

Then we went to the Malecón, a street near the Pamplonita River, where we had a picnic with Venezuelan families. We shared food with one another and had a good time talking about baptism; because of this lots of people decided to get baptized, including the future church leaders. It was a blessed time in which we were able to see God’s glory as He touched other people’s life. Then we went to Profe Claudia’s house, played a couple of games, and ate typical food from Cúcuta. We finished off the day by having a worship night with Venezuelan families.
