On Wed, Feb 12 all 1st-12th parents and secondary students will receive an email with a link to view progress reports. As always, take time to process them with your children, looking at how they are doing academically. Celebrate triumphs and work out plans for improvement as necessary. These notices are critical to give input on any adjustments needed before the end of the quarter, March 14.

We would like to clarify that progress reports are issued quarterly and are automatically generated by RenWeb/FACTS for students in 1st-12th grades, based on their numeric grades. Kinder and prekinder students do not receive numeric grades, and their quarterly progress reports are created by their teachers and sent home in their student planners.

Progress reports are different from the daily or weekly reports parents can opt to receive from RenWeb/FACTS, as progress reports are issued about halfway through the quarter to give a snapshot of grades for the last month, while daily/weekly reports for 1st-12th grades report on all assignments teachers have entered into RenWeb as of the moment the report is generated. Note that since kinder and prekinder students do not receive numeric grades, there are no automatically generated daily/weekly academic reports for these grades.
