Good evening! We are currently staying at the base of the mountain. Tomorrow we will be hiking up the mountain to be with the community for several days. We spent the morning at a Christian school that Mr. Snyder, a former ECA teacher, teaches at. We split up and did stations (coloring, Bible, and games). For the Bible station, the ECA students presented the gospel through making bracelets with the kids. Each bracelet had five colored beads that each represented part of the gospel. The younger kids enjoyed it, but the third through sixth-grade students were super responsive and some even made decisions to follow Jesus! They were really excited to share what each bead meant when they went to the other stations, so we are trusting that seeds were planted. Pray that God would work in their hearts, that He would use their Christian school and teachers, and that each kid comes to know Jesus personally.

The team is getting along really well. We even have some inside jokes! 🙂 We are going to eat dinner soon, have team time, and then try to get as much rest as possible for the three-hour hike tomorrow. Thanks for keeping us in your prayers!
