Another successful day in La Guajira! After getting up for breakfast, we enjoyed a morning walk to a nearby ranchería where the mother of one of the Wayuu ladies lives. We shared a devotional there, and they showed us the hammocks they make and the best way to hang them. After coming back to the ranchería where we are staying, we had lunch, took naps, and got ready for the students to arrive at 2 pm. When they did, some of the ECA students began to work with the younger kids, making crafts and playing games, and the others spent continued time bonding with the teenagers, playing games and having intentional conversations. Afterward, some of us took showers (from buckets, of course) while others went on a short hike. We all gathered for dinner, and we will soon have our debriefing time. Tomorrow we hope to be with Wayuu students the whole day, spending the morning teaching the teenagers how to lead the younger students, and having them do it in the afternoon when the little kids arrive. We are grateful for your continued prayers, and we can see Jesus at work both in our students and in the Wayuu.

Prayer requests: the same as for Update 1
