We were finished with ministry, so we took the last day to go to Parque Tanimboca. We took an hour walk through the jungle, learning about the region and seeing amazing plants and animals! Then we climbed 35 meters up a rope to a platform where we ziplined, walked across a canopy bridge, and repelled down. Then, we met up with Shannon McAfee (PK-B teacher) and Hannah Slager (3rd grade student teacher), who are here as tourists but also staying at the YWAM base. We took a rapid walk through the rain to have a lunch of fish at the park restaurant. Several of the group then took kayaks or swam in a stream. We just finished souvenir shopping and are headed to a nice celebration dinner! We fly home tomorrow! Praise God for a successful trip and fun last day! Pray that we travel home safely and end well! Thank you so much!
