Yesterday (Sunday) in the afternoon we had a worship service, and Mr. Valbuena shared the Good Samaritan story. We were introduced to the community and they introduced us to the authorities at church and in the community. Our ECA kids spent the afternoon playing different games with the Masit-shi little kids. That night most of us had the opportunity to sleep outside looking at the moon. It was cold but lots of fun.

This morning we visited the school and taught the kids the Parable of the Sower. In this rancheria they have water that comes from deep wells, and they use windmills to draw it up. There are trees and plants with flowers. Praise the Lord we can share God’s love with this community, and we feel like family, welcomed and loved.
